How an engagement runs.

1. Free intro call. 15 minutes about where AI is stuck and who needs to be involved. You can extend it to 30 minutes if you need more time.
2. AI Readiness Audit (2 weeks). Fixed scope, fixed price. You get a ranked list of where AI will help most, a report on your risk and policy gaps, and a 30, 60 and 90 day plan.
3. Pilot to Production Sprint (6 to 8 weeks). We build alongside your team and turn a promising trial into a tool people use every day, with security and your company’s rules built in from the first planning meeting.
4. Ongoing support (AI Operations Partner, month to month after a 3-month minimum). Reports on cost, accuracy and safety from the first day your team uses it.
5. Quarterly improvement. Review results, retire or tune what is not working, and choose the next use case.

AI Governance and Guardrails Setup (3 to 4 weeks) can run alongside any step, or on its own if you already use AI and need rules and checks in place.

Principles: plan before building, put controls where they cannot be skipped, measure everything that costs money or carries risk, and leave your team more capable than we found it.
